Do monsters and skeletons cause you sleepless nights? You’re in the wrong place. However, for those of us who enjoy watching tormented people in straight jackets and electrocutions, last week at the Warfield was 90 minutes of stimulating visuals and incredible music as Alice Cooper, the mastermind of theatrical shock rock played San Francisco.
The band took the stage, barely visible beneath a cloud of thick fog. The fog gave way to hundreds of bright lights illuminating the stage like millions of stars. Then Cooper made his grand entrance opening the set with “Hello Hooray” from his 1973 Album “Billion Dollar Babies“.
